What agents ask us most

Nothing. Registration is free, there is no monthly fee, and you are not tied to a minimum number of sales.

The default rate is 10% of the value of every paid order your customers place. Partners with volume can be given custom rates, which are set on your account before you order.

Salama Hosting does. Your customers receive invoices, receipts and renewal reminders in their own name, and you see the same records in your agent portal.

Commission is credited to your agent account as your customers pay. You request a payout from the portal and it is sent to your Mobile Money number or bank account.

Agents order services on behalf of other people, so we are required to know who we are trading with. Your ID is stored privately, seen only by our verification team, and is never published.

No. The portal handles ordering, invoicing and support. You only need a browser and your customers.

Yes. Your agent account is separate - keep using your customer login for your own domains and hosting, and sign in to the agent portal for your customers' services.
