2. What to Include

Please provide your account details, a clear description of the issue, any relevant screenshots or documentation, and your preferred resolution. This helps us investigate and resolve your complaint promptly.

3. Response Timeline

We acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours. Simple issues are typically resolved within 48 hours. Complex cases may take up to 7 business days, during which we will keep you updated on progress.

4. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request escalation to a senior manager. Final escalation can be directed to the management team at management@salamahosting.com.
